Listings, Pricing & Availability

• Watch listings on the Site are invitations to inquire, not binding offers to sell. All sales are completed off-site after direct communication.
• Prices and availability are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice. Errors in pricing or descriptions may be corrected at our discretion.
• We make every effort to describe and photograph watches accurately. Pre-owned timepieces may show wear consistent with their age and use.

Authenticity

Every watch in our collection is inspected and authenticated before being offered for sale. TKB Luxury is an independent dealer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any watch manufacturer. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Selling Your Watch

• By submitting the sell-your-watch form, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are the lawful owner of the watch (or authorized to sell it).
• Any estimate we provide based on your submission is preliminary and non-binding. A final offer is made only after physical inspection and authentication.

Intellectual Property

The content of this Site — including text, photography, logos, and design — belongs to TKB Luxury and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TKB Luxury is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
